Propane powered floor scraper
J T F Construction Inc.'s Propane Powered Floor Scraper is designed to remove floor coverings at high speeds, while also being able to fit in tight places like closets and hallways. Due to its patented suspension, this piece of construction equipment - the bronco - is lightweight so as to not damage the sub straight flooring, yet engineered in such a way to remove the toughest of surfaces.
The Bronco is the only Riding Floor Scraper that can quickly remove Ceramic Tile and still fit through a standard 3 ft door. Easily conquers Vinyl Tile, Ceramic Tile, Quarry Tile, Glued Down Carpet, Parquet, Sports Flooring, Hardwood Glued Down, and it's Propane Powered!
Electric powered floor grinder
J T F Construction Inc.'s Electric Powered Floor Grinder is a powerful machine with a 20 HP motor. The 800 HDX is a patented four grinding disc system. When it comes to quality construction equipment, this means perfect balance, smoothness and more efficient grinding. With its integrated weight system, the operator is able to adjust the grinding pressure with ease. With a high production path of 32", the 800 HDX can be used wet or dry.

Why So Efficient?
The grinding discs rotate in one direction while the big disc rotates in the opposite direction (photo above). The small grinding discs rotate up to 1300 r.p.m. This construction makes the machine easy to handle and to control and the result will be a flat, smooth and even surface.
Mist Cooler System:
The patent pending Mist Cooler System increases the grinding efficiency and the cutting rate increases up to 100%. The unique system consists of a pump and a nozzle, among other details. The nozzle sprays a superfine mist of water at the concrete surface. This chills the diamond tools and makes it easier to grind hard concrete and avoiding "glazing".
